Hey! Welcome to my page. This is my first blog post ever. Its a new experience for me and I am trying to find new ways to deal with my anxiety and depression. So please bear with me as I update and tweak my new site!
I want my site to be a page where I can come as a therapy to express my feelings and talk about my everyday life. I would also like to track my diet and exercise to help with motivation. I hope my page can find its way to other people who are struggling with similar issues as me. Talking to others has really helped me out. (but with social anxiety that can be super hard – hence the internet blog 🙂 )
I will start my blog with some past experiences so everyone knows where I am coming from.
